Social Work

I. Individual case management with intensive social work

In individual case management, the social worker works one-on-one with the client, tailoring the approach to the individual’s needs and obstacles, helping the client navigate issues related to daily administrative tasks. The goal is to support individuals in achieving self-sufficiency and developing independent problem-solving skills.

II. General legal assistance

As a complement to social work, we provide general legal assistance to clients, involving a legal expert.

III. Social group work

In social group work, we reach out to locally targeted, immobile third-country nationals through rural trips. Our goal is to deliver professional services to those vulnerable group members who are unable to find these services on their own.

IV. Individual career counseling

The purpose of individual career counseling is to help our clients involved in the job search process find labor market opportunities that best match their existing competencies.

V. Group career counseling

Group career counseling, which builds on the same client group as individual career counseling and shares the same goals, helps participants through regular sessions and a diverse range of topics to gain a deeper understanding of the labor market characteristics and opportunities in our country.

VI. Mentoring (labor market services)

The activities related to labor market services are carried out in individual sessions, tailored to the clients’ needs based on their specific challenges, and are provided as needed on an occasional basis.

VII. Sub-activities promoting labor market integration during professional trips outside the capital

This professional service, carried out in line with the social group work activities, supports labor market integration.
